Case #650, Application of Kohr and Lien, owners, 19 The Oaks, Roslyn Estates, NY 11576, in R-18 zone, also known as Section 7, Block 23, Lot 314 on Nassau County Land and Tax Map, for variance from Village Code Section 200-11(B), to permit construction of an outdoor deck attached to existing single family home in rear yard that will provide a rear yard set-back of only 8.5 feet, where minimum required set-back is 45 feet.  

 

 

3. Case #651, Application of Katayev, owners, 7 The Birches, Roslyn Estates, NY 11576, in R-21 zone, also known as Section 7, Block 23, Lot 199 on Nassau County Land and Tax Map, for variance from Village Code Section 200-27(C), to permit construction of 2-story addition to existing single family home that will result in  floor area of 5,933.01 square feet on lot area of 33,780 square feet, where maximum allowed floor area is 5,689.01 square feet.
